Your noms haven't been not accepted, they're still pending and didn't display in my back end panel yet. (I can't accept noms I haven't seen!)
AO3 displays additional noms from already accepted canons in "alphabetical order" and tags beginning with non-English characters list last, so your noms are probably "blocked" by some noms I'm waiting for disambigs from. If you look at the page of accepted nominations you can see the character tag your page lists as accepted, it was also nommed by someone else and I accepted it early in the long weekend. That's why it shows as accepted to you.
