Tentative Exchange Outline!

Here's what I've worked out so far :)


No dates yet because I haven't settled on those yet, but a potential rough timeline of events:

5 days for nominations
5 days for sign up
2 days misc. bookkeeping
23 days for creating!
7 days for after due date pinch hits, etc.
3 days anon period


For the nuts and bolts, I'm looking at

* 400 words or clean lined sketch minimum

* Nominations will be four fandoms, up to six relationships and/or characters, and relationship tags can be / or &.

* Offers will be 3-10 fandoms, 2-10 tags per fandom (or "Any").

* Requests will be 2-10 fandoms, 1-8 tags per fandom (or "Any").

* Runs on OR matching.


I'm still looking for input if anyone wants to comment, especially on whether early fall or late fall would be better :D I think too late collides with Yuletide at least but I'd love to hear from people before I make a final decision.

Maybe have nominations start after 8 September? Press Start is running at the moment and after that date the JRPG fans in that exchange will have a fair idea of what they're getting gift-wise which may or may not affect what they nominate/request/offer.
